Electronics Cooling Application and Use of scSTREAM

Overview
The course is intended for engineers directly involved with thermal design and cooling of electronic components, modules and system. The main objective of the course is to enable the attendees to solve their thermal problems that are encountered during all levels of the product development process. This course will focus on functions useful to electronics related simulations.

The attendees will gain knowledge of:
  • Basic Operation of scSTREAM
  • Checking the validity of the simulation
  • Advanced functions of scSTREAM
  • Finding information and/or acquiring necessary help

  2. Basic Operation of scSTREAM
  3. Radiation Heat Transfer
  4. Separate Flow and Heat Execution of the
    solver
  5. Periodic Heat Source
  6. Modification of CAD data
  7. Multi-block Method
  8. CSV Mapping Tool
  9. Thermal Circuit Model
  10. Utilizing Gerber Data
  11. Finding information and/or acquiring
    necessary help
