Attendees to this workshop learned how to utilize the HyperWorks and Altair Partner Alliance suite of tools to design lightweight composite parts. The first portion of the workshop demonstrated the process for designing a lightweight composite part including draping, ply shape concept design, and laminate detailed design within HyperWorks. The second portion of the workshop demonstrated the simulation of an injection molded part utilizing HyperWorks and Altair Partner Alliance solutions.
