TOGGLED Expands its Base of LED Lighting Patent Licensees, Adds 8 in First Half of 2015

, developer and producer of next-generation solid-state lighting technology, reported today the addition of eight key sellers of LED lighting products to its rapidly growing roster of licensees in the first half of 2015.
In January 2015 TOGGLED announced that Koninklijke Philips N.V. (NYSE: PHG AEX: PHIA) became a licensee to its patent portfolio of over 60 patents primarily related to LED replacements for fluorescent tubes, commonly referred to as TLEDs. The license agreement resolved all patent litigation between TOGGLED and Philips.
The following businesses also became licensees to TOGGLED’s patent portfolio this year:

- Espen Technology
- Kimberly LED Lighting
- Nextek Power systems
- RemPhos Technologies
By becoming licensees, these companies have acquired access to a broad portfolio of patents awarded to TOGGLED for LED lighting technology. “We are extending our patents to licensees in the LED lighting industry to accelerate the availability of high-quality LED lighting to businesses and consumers,” said TOGGLED President Dave Simon.
