This work presents the GT2 Energia methodology for the automated creation of control logics for high fidelity simulators of industrial plants. The manual development of this activity involves intrinsic difficulties due to the typical large amount of control logics in an industrial plant controller, coupled with the requirement of high functional fidelity behavior. The developed approach explores control system’s capability to export its logical diagrams in a digital format documentation, as well as the sT Embed’s capacity to represent its diagrams by comprehensible text patterns. This work shows the advantages of accuracy and speed of implementation of the methodology, achieved by the reproduction of easily identified standards performed by code automation.
